New: HR & Hiring Workshop Series for Local Businesses

Running a business on the Coast is rewarding, but it also comes with challenges. Between serving customers, managing operations, and planning for growth, many employers have told us that hiring and HR can sometimes feel like the toughest part of the job.

That’s why we’re starting the HR & Hiring Support Series for Local Businesses. It’s designed to give employers a welcoming space to learn, share experiences, and gain practical tools that make building and managing a team easier.

We’re teaming up with Cadence Consulting and Pivot Point Career Coaching to host the very first workshop in the series. This will be a hands-on and interactive evening where you’ll leave with a toolkit you can put into practice right away, whether that’s improving your hiring process, navigating staff challenges, or creating systems that help your team thrive.
