That’s why we’re starting the HR & Hiring Support Series for Local Businesses. It’s designed to give employers a welcoming space to learn, share experiences, and gain practical tools that make building and managing a team easier.

We’re teaming up with Cadence Consulting and Pivot Point Career Coaching to host the very first workshop in the series. This will be a hands-on and interactive evening where you’ll leave with a toolkit you can put into practice right away, whether that’s improving your hiring process, navigating staff challenges, or creating systems that help your team thrive.
