Nominations Now Open for the 2025 Sunshine Coast People’s Choice Awards!
It’s that time of year again! The Sunshine Coast People’s Choice Awards are back for their fifth year – and it all starts with your nominations.
From Thursday, May 1 to Thursday, May 15, we’re calling on YOU to help shape the 2025 awards by nominating your favourite local businesses across the Coast. Whether it’s a go-to coffee shop, a trusted tradesperson, or a health and wellness specialist, now’s the time to give them the recognition they deserve.
This Isn’t Voting (Yet!)
Nominations help decide who makes it onto the official summer voting ballot. Think of it as the shortlisting round!
To qualify for voting, each subcategory needs at least three nominees, and up to 10 businesses will advance based on the number of nominations received.

We’re also looking for 2025 sponsors to help us elevate and celebrate the Coast’s best. ‘Community Leader’ sponsors will have their name engraved on the handcrafted wooden awards – displayed year-round in top choice businesses across the Sunshine Coast.
Last year’s campaign saw 6,700+ votes for over 775 local businesses. This is your chance to be part of something meaningful and community-driven. Sponsors receive exposure throughout the nomination, voting, and gala event phases. Learn more about becoming a sponsor here.
