The Sunshine Coast Chamber of Commerce is a new organization formed in the Fall of 2023 and formally registered January 1, 2024. This is the outcome of a successful merger endorsed unanimously by the membership of three former Chambers in Gibsons, Sechelt and Pender Harbour.

This question holds top priority and consideration for the new Sunshine Coast Chamber Board. There is a commitment to retaining customized (Gibsons, Sechelt, Pender Harbour) networking opportunities, communications channels and events that are easily accessible and close to members’ businesses and home communities.

The Chamber is funded primarily through membership fees, event revenue and sponsorships. All revenues are disclosed in the Chamber’s Annual Financial Statements.
