How Does the Chamber Work?

The Sunshine Coast Chamber of Commerce was incorporated on January 11, 2024. We have created policies and procedures in order to manage our operations and ensure accountability, transparency, and ethical behavior to all involved in the organization. These documents are strictly followed, and are essential in achieving long-term success and maintaining member’s trust. 

In the following sections, you’ll find information on our bylaws in conjunction with position statements, committees, and more. These sections will be updated as the Sunshine Coast Chamber of Commerce continues to grow.

Bylaws

This is the first set of bylaws created for incorporation purposes. The Sunshine Coast Chamber of Commerce Society will undertake an in-depth strategic planning session in Fall 2024, where bylaws, terms of reference and organizational policies and procedures will be further developed.
