The Pender Harbour Community Club Society is planning a special evening to raise funds for much-needed roof repairs and renovations to our beloved Community Hall — and we’d love your help!
Inspired by the longstanding tradition of welcoming our local fishing boats home at the season’s end, the Homecoming Gala is a night of connection, nostalgia, and purpose.
Our community hall has served as a gathering place for generations, and now, it’s in urgent need of repairs. With the donations received to date and the Community Club Society contribution of $70,000 towards the project we are less than $40,000 away from meeting our budget!
We’re looking for gift cards, small items, or in-kind donations for our auctions and prize draws. Every contribution adds a special touch and shows your support for the place that brings us all together.
We also have bronze, silver, and gold sponsorship levels available, offering promotional perks before, during, and after the event donations under $500 will be listed & mentioned on line & in event programme.
No donation is too small — and we’re happy to arrange pick-up at your convenience!
