Celebrating Success and Facing Challenges Together
What an incredible evening we had at this year’s People’s Choice Awards! It was wonderful to see our business community come together to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and spirit that make the Sunshine Coast such a special place to live and work. A heartfelt thank-you to our sponsors, to the Coast Reporter for their partnership and coverage, and to everyone who helped make the event such a great success.
Unfortunately, recent incidents of crime and vandalism have deeply affected several local businesses across the Sunshine Coast. We hear your concerns and share your frustration. The Chamber is taking action by organizing a Business Safety Panel featuring representatives from the RCMP and local elected officials. This will be an opportunity for our business community to ask questions, share experiences, and work together toward solutions that will help us all feel safer in our community.
